Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1: An affiliate can’t earn for his own project.

2: All affiliate payments happen on or before 7 days of every successful payments made to Yuvaan Technologies through the affiliates reference/client.

3: No payments shall be released for unpaid projects/activities/tasks.

4: An affiliate oblige to maintain confidentiality. 

5: All information’s shared by all the parties (Yuvaan Technologies, Affiliate and Client (affiliate’s reference) relating to business and operations including, but not limited to, financial documents and plans, customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, marketing strategies, vendors, products, product development plans, technical product data, product samples, costs, sources, strategies, operations procedures, proprietary concepts, inventions, sales leads, sales data, customer lists, customer profiles, technical advice or knowledge, contractual agreements, price lists, supplier lists, sales estimates, product specifications, trade secrets, distribution methods, inventories, marketing strategies, source code, software, algorithms, data, drawings or schematics, blueprints, computer programs and systems and know-how or other intellectual property and their affiliates, may be at any time furnished, communicated or delivered whether in oral, tangible, electronic or other form; the terms of any agreement, the discussions, negotiations and proposals related to any agreement; all other non-public information provided by both parties whosoever, all Confidential Information shall remain the property of individual parties.

6: The affiliate can’t disclose/share companies confidential information’s, project plans, client details, budget with anyone.
